  Ray's Complete Plumbing and John the plumber on our job were able to handle our emergency hot water repair. When others offered us appointments next week (one next month), Ray"s offered to provide immediate service if they finished another emergency that day. We hoped they would arrive in the late afternoon but John arrived at 12:30. He assessed the situation, quoted a firm price and completed the installation by 3:30. His workmanship was suburb (much better than the formerly installed water heater). He was friendly, informative, quick and professional. We discussed several options and their positives and negatives. John want me to make an informed decision. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. He knew that we would live with the decision for years. Ray's price was more competitive than the best price we had been quoted over the phone (but phone prices are at best an indication - however they rarely go down).

  Rays plumbing has been our choice for a long time. They send immediate help in an emergency. Just recently, Pete did a great job installing our new water heater. We would highly recommend Rays!
