  We've been Gem clients multiple times in the past and have always had an excellent experience. Jennifer is always friendly, polite and efficient when scheduling an appointment, and Carlos is extremely professional, courteous, and thorough with his work. We most recently have had a challenging toilet issue in an older home and Carlos took the time to solve the problem, while clearly explaining the issue. We have always been very happy with this company.

  Can’t say enough about the team at GEM. Had a full home water purification system installed as well as a new water heater and some other routine work (faucet in kitchen, new outside water faucet). All work was performed exceptionally well and we are totally pleased from both a price and workmanship perspective. Mike M was our plumber and in addition to his knowledge and expertise, he was courteous, professional and in regard to the water purification system he fully explained everything we needed to know about it’s workings. Also have dealt with Jennifer in the office regarding the scheduling of appointments and she likewise was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend GEM for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

  I can’t say enough about what a pleasant, professional experience it was dealing with Gem Plumbing! Michael, Mike & Stefan were on-time, kind & patient when answering questions & explaining repairs, and meticulous in their work & clean-up. Jennifer was polite and responsive when service charges were placed over the phone. I highly recommend Gem Plumbing & will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks again!
