  Stephen Spanninger was great to work with. We were having our garage floor coated and Stephen came the afternoon before and removed our old water heater and installed the new unit as soon as the floor was ready. His pricing was fair and his service was very professional. We will definitely use him again.

  Stephan Spanninger is one of the best plumbers we have ever worked with. He came out on very short notice and thoroughly diagnosed our suspected water heater leak. He communicated his findings clearly. He replaced our old water heater in a very professional manner, and gave us a shut off that would be easier to use. His prices are very reasonable and he is easy to work with. We plan to hire him again for more projects.
