  Telephone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to send a technician to unclog our sewer the same day. As a matter of fact, they were able to come earlier than expected. Joe was friendly and respectful and explained our options clearly. When he was finished he explained the warranty in detail. We would use Rapid First again.

  Joe was fantastic! He arrived on time in my fathers home. There was an issue of failed toilet with water coming from underneath it as well as failing angle stop. Joe walked me through possible solutions and I opted for replacing both. He also previously replaced failed shower valve that my father took apart. Fantastic service, quality , honesty. Highly recommended!

  Omar arrived right on time. He was friendly and personable. He went right to work and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He even cleared out the sewer overflow mess. Very much appreciated!
