They were super communicative, helpful, and everything was disclosed up front regarding pricing. The tech called when he was leaving his last job to let me know he would be a few minutes later than our scheduled time, due to the length of the prior job and the driving distance. He explained everything before he did it, and our kitchen was left spotless from his work. He also wore shoe covers and a mask the entire time. I appreciate their dedication to customer cleanliness and safety. 10/10 will use again!

This was the best experience I could have asked for.  My appointment was set over the phone for the same day service to unclog my kitchen sink.  Plumber, Peter,  called and was able to arrive 1 hour early.  Peter was professional, thorough and efficient.  He even helped to educate us on some other plumbing items in our kitchen.  And the cost was very reasonable.  I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing.

I had 5 star Plumbing come out to do a second opinion on the cause of our plumbing leak.  They not only found the problem, they fixed it for me within an hour. It’s been two weeks and so far no more leaks. Very professional technician that arrived on-time and performed as promised. Great qualities in today’s service vendors.

This company responded quickly and I was able to schedule what I needed for the next day which was great. The tech arrived earlier than expected which was also great. We needed a new water heater and we got it installed the day after I inquired and it took the tech about 2 hours or less to do it. The tech was extremely nice and courteous and professional and new his stuff. We are happy.

5 Star Plumbing was able to get someone out to look at our water heater right away. They were even early, which was much appreciated.

They troubleshot the problem quickly and accurately and were able to get the parts to fix it today.

Very satisfied with Tony at Five Star Plumbing. After my initial call, they scheduled me for the next morning between 8-10. He arrived at 8am. He found the problem with my kitchen faucet that needed replacement. He gave me choices of faucets they carry or said I could buy my own and have him return for install. I chose from their selection. He replaced it in no time. Then helped me order the part needed for the bathroom faucet after inspection. Tony was pleasant, clean and professional. Highly recommend.

budget rooter in sacramento/citrus heights had previously installed our water heater incorrectly.  they're horrible.  5 star plumbing noted the improperly installed water heater and advised it had to be replaced.  5 star was quick to come out to assess.  The tech was a middle eastern guy who was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.  5 star scheduled us the same week luckily. Very considerate and response from the time of my first phone contact all the way through the project. The plumber arrived right at the start of the scheduled arrival window and worked on the water line issue I was having. We tested two different fixes. When the first didn’t quite solve the issue completely, they readjusted the project and got to work immediately on the second option. I didn’t have to wait for a new appointment. This was a tricky fix and the ultimate solution turned out great. High quality work. Call this place first — we tried another highly rated plumber just before 5 Star arrived and the other place made our problem worse (with an even more expensive quote to fix the damage they did!).

They are not the cheapest, but the quality of the work and attention to detail was fantastic. The technician, Kahil, was on time and knew exactly what he was doing.  The main office was responsive to my request for a bid and communicated really well when it came to arranging for the tech to do the work.  I needed a gas leak to be fixed in a fireplace so it was important to have this job done right.  I would not hesitate to use this company again.
