Awesome plumbing supply. Very good people here. They can get about anything if its not in stock. They gave me a great deal on special order HVAC equipment and worked hard to locate what I needed.

Helpful over the phone and in person, took the time to explain things and ordering the parts I needed was a breeze. Order with confidence.

Horrible horrible service. Stood there for about 15 minutes while the guy very slowly helped the customer while the other employee was talking to the older guy who was there to hang out.then the employee started going over an order that was picked sitting on counter for someone who was not even there... then he started bagging and boxing the order while I stood there.. I walked out. Thanx for wasting an hour of my time to drive there for nothing. I will gladly drive to Allentown before I ever walk into that horrible service again

Called this idiot before making the hour drive and gave him the model number and he said yes I have them in stock. So I make the hour drive and guess what, they didn’t have any in stock but said he could have it on Monday !!!
