We had an entire air-conditioning system installed. We had all the ductwork installed as well as the air handler and the condenser outside. We ended up working things out from a sales perspective, though we did have to get one of the managers involved. Once we did this everything was smooth sailing! From soup to nuts we had a great experience with the installation. One point to note: we could not be at the house for our own reasons and trusted Andreas to do the install for nearly a week without us ever being there. They were super great to work with, clean, and took care of everything! Kyle is by far one of the best employees we’ve worked with at Andreas so far! Always cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile as if the home were his own. One of the best parts about Andreas is knowing you can always talk to someone when you call who’s “looking to make you smile!”

This was one of the BEST experiences I have had with repair service. It started with Logan. Then came Doug. Then came Erich and Cameron. ALL were so professional and nice. Went above and beyond. Erich and Cameron worked non stop in freezing weather and never complained. Were so helpful and always smiling. This is a top class business with top class employees. My water heater broke down and was leaking water all over making a mess on the carpet and wall. I called Andres at 8 am and they had a guy here at 11am. The job was completed at about 1:00. Overall I'm very satisfied especially with how fast the job got done.
