  Tech was very professional and friendly arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Erica in the office was instrumental in setting me up with a service contract last year and has kept in touch. Erica helped set up this winter service call and has already set up my spring service appointment she is awesome thank you for all your help!

  Serviceman was courteous and polite. He asked if I had any problems with my furnace and pointed out work that may have to be done in the future. He kept me informed of his progress and answered all of my questions and concerns. A very positive experience.

  Since becoming an R.F. Ohl customer Erica P. has been absolutely amazing. My tank level indicator on my heating oil tank was giving me a false reading so I almost ran out of heating oil with 5 degree weather outside. After emailing Erica directly she had a truck in route within an hour, then called me to follow up and give me the option of increasing my order on short notice. I would absolutely recommend using this business for your AC and Heating needs.
