  1st time using RJ Tilley and it was super! Best I've ever experienced with a plumbing company. Mr. Brooks who arranged the appointment was so kind and helpful. He got me scheduled right away for my sink emergency. Mark, the plumber, was tremendous! Professional, friendly and really knows plumbing. Got my problem solved quickly even though it was a bit unusual. Mark explained every thing and I was very happy with the service. Thanks so much!

  Thank you to RJ Tilley. We discovered a basement full of water, I called at 1230 and someone arrived by 1. Tony arrived, identified the leak and along with another gentleman solved our problem, repairing an underground pipe that was leaking. Many, many thanks to the timely solution to an awful problem!

  Sewage backup in my home since Wednesday. Called them on Wednesday and made appointment for Friday. They called at 2PM Friday to tell me that since my septic tank is private and not public that I need to clean my septic tank first before they come. That's fine and all but they wait all day to call and let me know that plus when I made an appointment they should have told me then. So here I am at 2:30PM looking for a septic service. Thanks a lot JR Tilley I would not and will not recommend your service to anyone.
