  Have to say the company got here the same day I called but after the service man got here he pretended to look at my cooler gave me all this gobbledygook about they don't make the freon that goes in my cooler and that my system wasn't worth fixing or it was going to cost way too much to fix so that I would just tell them to go ahead and leave had a second company come out the next day they fixed it for less than half the price than this company very unhappy with my service call and talk to the service manager Wayne and all he said was I'm sorry you're not happy with our service I will never use temperature control again for anything. And when you get your bill they charge you a fuel charge of $25 on top of their service call fee

  We are sorry, Mr. Grizzard, that you weren’t happy with our service, but our tech reported that your system was low on refrigerant. Normally this would be a simple fix, except your unit uses a discontinued/banned refrigerant R-12, because of the environmental issues caused by R-12. In order to refill your refrigerant we would need to prepare your system to handle refrigerant R-134A which takes a fair amount more time than just refilling. The price we quoted was for a replacement quote that was requested for and we also recommended, since your system was around 25 years old (with R-12 being banned around 1994 and phased out since 1995). We are happy that you found someone else to repair your issue, but we hope they have properly switched the system to R-134A refrigerant.   This company is the best! Frank is a master HVAC guy! We went a month without AC waiting on two different companies! Called Temperature Control and they came out the same day! Need parts and kept us updated every step of the way! Currently sitting in a cool comfortable home! Thank you Frank!!!
