  Can’t say enough positive things about the service, expertise and quality of work form Cimco!! Del and Jimmy were excellent and supported us with quick responses; spent ample time in helping us diagnose an issue and went out of there way to help to determine if it was covered under warranty. They not only fixed our issue but the technician also found another problem and fixed that while explaining everything in adequate detail and ensuring me everything was resolved. Would highly recommend Cimco Inc. as your hvac service provider!!! Excellent service and quality of work!!

  When another company wanted to sell us a whole new system, a friend recommended Cimco and they came out and, it turned out to only be a $75 part. Because of that, they have maintained our home's mechanical system for years. When it finally came time to replace a heat pump, Del and his installers were out right away and the new system is so efficient that we have already seen a decrease in our electric bill. Any time someone is looking for a referral, I always tell them to call Cimco.

  i called this morning to inquire about having someone come out to do a service check on my Mom's AC unit. I called at 11:30 am. By 2:30 pm the same day, the service check was finished (the technician found a clogged drain). Outstanding customer service from the young lady I spoke with to set the appointment to the service technician that worked on the unit. All of this in the middle of a horrible heat wave. I fully expected to have to wait at least a couple of days to see someone. Instead in a matter of 3 hours from the time I called, it was done! Thanks so much! I WILL refer anyone I can to you guys!
