  Furnace went down in my mother's trailer. I Called RCI. Technician Kevin Sturgeon came out right away. He was courteous and polite. He discovered the issue right away and had the furnace up and running in no time. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and suggested some preventative measures to ensure that this particular problem would not reoccur. I appreciate the technician being thoughtful to not track with his shoes through my mom's home. I have never posted a review for anything ever I decided to post this today because I was astonished by the technicians professionalism. Thank you RCI and thank you Kevin.

  After having 4 other companies come and give me the run around, and sell me a new ac unit (mine is 8 years old) I finally found this company and they came out the next day prepared with my new line set. I had air in no time after having no air all summer. Very professional and they actually charged me way less than other estimates. So glad I found this company.

  Very professional, arrived on time, cleaned work area up and removed old hot water tank. Would highly reccomend them for anyone needing to replace hot water tank.
