  Outstanding service! Mr. Novak and his crew were extremely professional. He made suggestions on septic tank maintenance, and was extremely customer friendly. I highly recommend his service, and his price was extremely reasonable.

  Had a septic issue the afternoon of Christmas eve, called and left a message for Novak Septic to see if they provided emergencies services. Mr. Novak returned my call completely rude and had a "how dare I call him when he's on his way to church" attitude. Completely unprofessional. If you don't provide emergencies services then don't return my call. Pretty simple.
