  The guys Andrew and his helper Robert came out right on time and brought me a new Electric Water Heater and installed it in less than 1 hour complete with a new expansion tank and 2 new shut off valves. We have hot water now within 30 minutes after installation! They cleaned up the area and hauled away the old heater. This was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had.   Called Quick-Pro expecting to hear an automated machine but Shawn answered and helped me set up a same-day appointment! The process was very smooth and efficient. I appreciate our technician, Andrew Bridges' timely manner and finding a solution for our leaking faucet. I recommend anyone in the Woodstock area to use Quick-Pro services. I will definitely be using them again when needed. Thank you for the quick turnaround!

  The expansion tank on my hot water heater started leaking. The tech who came out to assess the issue was Andrew and he was on time and super efficient. He addressed the problem and provided pricing immediately. We discussed times to replace the water heater and he was able to accommodate a 7 AM start the very next day. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable in his work. He and another tech, Robert actually arrived a few minutes early which worked perfect. Even early in the morning both were friendly and quick in their work. Andrew took pics before and after and explained everything he did. Andrew is a huge asset to Quick-Pro and Robert, who assisted was great, too. I'm definitely contacting Quick-Pro again if I need any other plumbing work.
