  Gil was my technician he came out to replace our water heater, and his level of customer service was far above what I expected. He walked me through every important part of the inspection thoughtfully, patiently, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He offered suggestions, and alternatives. I could tell that he was really looking out for my best interest and knew his craft very well. Another thing I like is that he gave me a same-day quote, which was truly unexpected. I'm looking forward to working with Water Heater Central again.

  I'm so impressed with this company and its employees! It's so good to know that customer service is still out there. Justin was my point of contact in the office. He was so helpful and all my phone calls, text messages and questions were answered within less than 2 minutes! He also helped me with the financing part of my project. Gil and Joe installed a Tankless Water Heater and they were incredible - efficient, knowledgeable, and at the end of the install, my garage was cleaner than when they started. I called this company on a Monday after finding a leak. They were at my house within 1 hour. If you ever need a plumber - do not hesitate to call them. You will be as impressed as I am! I guarantee!

  This company is exceptional - we did some remodeling and needed to replace the hot water heater in the basement. We called Water Heater Central and Gil came out that same day. Extremely professional and personable, this is absolutely a 5 star company.
