We had a fantastic experience today with Jiv. We found him through our home warranty two years ago and were very happy with his service then. We no longer have the warranty, but we decided to reach out to him again with our recent plumbing issues. Recently, our shower started leaking into the ceiling below. Jiv was out within 24 hours, took his time assessing the situation and ultimately found a leaking pipe. He quickly fixed it and we now have a working shower! He is polite, professional, and cleaned up everything so well before leaving. You can also tell how knowledgeable and experienced he is. Thank you Jiv!!

Jiv was fantastic in replacing our water heater which finally gave out. They came same day to shut everything off and stop the leak. He's an affable man and you can tell he loves what he does. Price was excellent and he couldn't have done a better job. Really impressed and will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward after this experience!

Service is excellent and was expedited. Jiv is very professional, dedicated and cordial. He explained to us what the service will entail to replace our water heater. We are very pleased with Georgia 5 Star Plumbing, decent prices. Their administrative staff also a 5 star!
