  I had these guys install my toilets, then a month later my water softener exploded and clogged up my pipes. They came out right away, but I was still having issues with my toilets and shower after they left. I called them back I had to make 3 different appointments and this company didn’t show up 3 times. No calls for follow up or to reschedule. Very unprofessional company. The plumbers wife constantly calls him while he is working. They are a codependent couple and this is why I believe is the reason for their unprofessional Customer service. Never again. What a shame.

  I've used this guy a few times over the years. He came to my house probably 3 times in as many years to fix a water line that kept leaking behind my fridge. Recently I had him out to give me a quote to reroute a couple of water lines in my downstairs bathroom. The drywall was already taken out. All he has to do was move 2 pipes. I expected the charge to be $500 or so. He quoted me $1,400!!! I was shocked. I looked on Next Door for recommendations and found another guy that did the work for $425. I hate to give a bad review as he is a nice guy. But sure seems like he was price gouging me on this last job. I won't be going back to him anymore.
