  Dwayne was responsive, on-time and meticulous. Like many jobs there were some unexpected issues, but he diagnose and made sure everything worked properly. I highly recommend 👌

  Dwayne showed up and was incredibly friendly and professional. He quickly identified the issue with our toilet (becoming unseated from the floor) and let me know what he would need to do to repair the problem and what other potential issues could result from it. Within 30 minutes the repair work was completed. He left everything as clean - if not cleaner - than when he arrived. We were incredibly happy with the level of service and Big Picture Plumbing has gained a new customer for any repeat business we may have!
