  Jim at Frank's Plumbing has always taken care of any of our needs in a professional and efficient way. Is always fair in pricing, efficient and proactive. Also has given us honest, common sense solutions when needed. I have been a customer for years and I trust them 100% to take care of what needs to be done.

  I have used Frank's plumbing (Jim) for 18 years now, repairs as well as new construction, and have found his work to be of highest quality, business practice honest and forthright, and his fees reasonable and competitive. He has been a rapid responder when I have had emergencies, like an old pipe in the basement breaking or the hot water heater going out on me, and has given me valuable (and free) advice whenever I take the do- it myself route. Truth is, I have never had an issue with his work in all these years (says a lot about the quality), but knowing Jim, I have no doubt he would stand behind it if there was.   Not recommend this place, Call for fixing toilet. very nice over the phone. showed up , 15 minutes later and $187 supposedly the problem solved. Still had a leak. call them back to fix the problem. He wanted to charge me for labor again, I refused. He sold me another part for two time price $ 75 and still did not fix the leak . We are calling another company!! May be small claim court. Talk to the owner ,he said thank you for opinion but obviously he did not care????
