My water heater went out over a weekend got a hold of Plumb-Rite and Jen got back to me in a timely matter. Told her what I needed and gave me an estimate. Scheduled an appointment for Monday at noon and Brandon was here. Very nice introduced himself got right to the job. Better yet he explained things to me that I did not know after he got done. But hopefully it will be a long time before I need a new one. But did a great job! Thanks Plumb-Rite!

Brandon and Jen were awesome to work with. We wanted to put in a new bathroom downstairs and Brandon pretty much came up with the master plan for it. There were some interesting hiccups along the way but Brandon handled everything very well and professionally. I would recommend Plumb-Rite to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Last summer, I met Brandon in person, and we spoke at some length. It was then that I got some business cards from him. I recall referring people to him simply on the standard that he seemed genuine and respectful when we spoke. This winter, I needed plumbing services and decided to call Brandon with Plumb-Rite. I did not reach anyone when I called, so I left a detailed message. A few days went by, and I called back--no answer. Knowing that I had already left a voice mail and did not want to be disrespectful, I waited to hear back from them. Three weeks went by, and I still did not hear back from them, so I decided to call again. I called, and no one answered, so I left another detailed message stating the services I required and that I had tried calling earlier. Well, it's been over a week now, and still no courtesy callback. I find this unprofessional and am even more disappointed that I would hand out their cards, establishing their credibility when experiencing subpar professionalism. During the winter season, I understand that plumbers can be extremely busy; however, I also understand the importance of customer service etiquette and common courtesy when running a business. My only blunder was waiting so long, hoping to work with them and establish a relationship with this company. Sadly, that did not happen. Another point I want to be noted is that during my time of waiting for a call, Plumb-rite did have time to respond to their 5-star reviews. I am sure these are excellent people, but their customer service methods could use an upgrade.

Good Morning A. First of all, I do apologize for your frustration. You are correct in that we are very busy right now and with my husband Brandon and myself the only two people here at the company it is sometimes difficult to keep up. But I do try my hardest to get back to everyone as quick as I possibly can as I do all of our customer service side, Brandon is busy doing the plumbing work. :) That being said I am truly wondering who you may have called as you stated that you called Brandon and my number is the phone that all of our calls go to and you did not mention leaving any messages for me. So, again I am concerned that you may have called someone else thinking it was us? Since there was no mention of me. I also am wondering if you tried to message us or email us at all as I also did not have a message on google, our website, Facebook or any sort of text – I truly am trying to remedy this situation as we do really try to put our customers and clients first and am not sure how this could’ve happened. Please feel free to send us a message because maybe if I can figure out your name and phone number we can figure out what happened and remedy the situation. :) ~Jen
