  My husband and I decided to use this plumbing service since they had replaced a toilet in our house before we bought it. We called to ask that they look at a leaking drain pipe and the gentleman was hard to get ahold of. When he finally answered, he was very short with my husband and sounded like he was trying to find a reason to not come out. He ultimately sounded frustrated and ended up telling us he was going to pass on this service opportunity because he said he had too much going on. I'm sure he does great work but we were a bit taken aback by the lack of professionalism. I suppose we would have expected a more professional way of having our service request turned down.
