  After our old Lennox heating and air system gave us nearly 30 years of reliable service it was time to update our home comfort system. I reached out to several local companies for product and pricing. Pat at MRI provided us with a very comprehensive assessment of our house needs and what current products on the market would best suit those needs. We stayed with Lennox and Pat took very good care of us. He stayed in contact with us regarding when our new furnace and a/c unit would be in and what installation time would fit into our busy schedules. Yesterday his guys arrived right on time. It was a big job but they got it done in one day. Both installers were courteous and made sure our cats didn’t get out plus the area they worked in was all cleaned up when they left. When the job was done Tim went through the new unit and it’s controls plus the new Super Smart thermostat. Bottom line is if your in the market for a top of the line Lennox heating or a/c unit for your home. Make sure to give MRI the opportunity to earn your future business. They got ours. DF
