  Great and professional service. I’ve gone through a few plumbers in Hollywood and Serge is far and away the best I have worked with. He was very detailed in his work, clean, and really interested in solving the issue. He also went above and beyond in providing parts for the needed job of scoping my pipes to uncover why I have slow drainage. All for a very reasonable price. I will be using Pipedex for any future needs

  The plumber came to repair 2 leaking water spickets on the outside of the house. He came and assessed the situation. He immediately let me know what was needed. In order to do the job the right way, he needed to know where the water meter was. I told him i didn't know. Rather then put it on me to get in touch with the city and have them come out on my time , he was extremely proactive and he went above and beyond and called the city himself and had them navigate him to the water meter. when that didn't work he then had them come out to show him where the meter was. He stood there and waited until they came out and showed him where the meter was. After that he then started the job and was very informative from start to finish.He then cleaned up the mess and left it looking nice and clean.Then he went to the store and came back to install another part to do the install the right way. I then felt happy to pay him for all his hard work!! I kept his information so i can use him again in the future.I would definitely recommend this guy to anyone that needs plumber service. Give him a call, you wont regret it

  Awesome plummer, showed up on time and did the job efficiently and was very professional. I'm very glad we found Serge. We will definitely be using him in the future.
