  Pro: Quick response. Said they would be here between 8a-9a got here at 8:55 am Con: Not upfront about pricing. I asked how much it will cost to look at issue. They said they will let me know when they got here. There is a minimum $125 fee after they looked and seen what the job was. It is an expectation to pay that if you do not go with them to complete the job. This information is not shared in the beginning. When the gentleman came, I even asked how much it will be, and he said he will let me know. It wasn't until he looked at the job and told it will be $600. I told the gentleman that I will have to get with the landlord. He began to push that this work was an emergency and needed to be fixed. I told him again the landlord with be notified. That's when he shared it will be a $125 charge. The gentleman who they sent was not pleasant and spoke about us in creole. Very aggressive. He was not prepared to complete the job that he said it was an emergency. He said the work could take hours and that he would have to go to the store to get supplies to fix issue. The owner went with Atlas and they were able to fix issue in less than a hour and was $100 less. Suggestion: specially ask what the fee for inspection of issue will be before you allow them to come. If they say " I will let you know when we get there." Do not go for it. Ask for a price of inspection.

  Paul is a good person and made sure my main pipe and sewer line was replace in a timely manner so I could move into my new home. He was able to get the permits ina day and was available for all inspections. He is upfront about costs by providing a detailed description of work and even had someone clean up the dust after all the work. His workers are very good too. Paul brought my whole house up to plumbing code.

  Our kitchen island sink drain was very slow. The plumber showed up and jetted the drain from the outside clean out. Years of buildup made for a tough job. He got most of the crud loosened up with his portable jetter but needed to come back with his heavy duty one which was on another truck. When he returned, after a few minutes all was perfect! The cost was fair. We'll use them again whenever we have another problem.
