  I called Tony on a Saturday morning very worried that I would have to pay a weekend fee for a plumber. He had me send him photos of my issue. He told me exactly what to buy at Home Depot and when I came home with the part he talked me through how to install it. No charge! K2 has a customer for life!

  Changed my hot water heater. Get your quote in writing. The price changed after the installation, twice. They had 4 people here, so I didn't argue. A month later, the hot water heater went out in the other unit. The guy from another company, installed it for less, and did it to code. He then brought the one in my unit up to code. Everything was so nice and clean when he was done, I ended up asking him to do over $2000 worth of work. I, now, have a reliable, honest plumber to do all the work on my place and it's not K2.

  Gave the guy a 16k job. He would only come to my house once or twice a week. Once you pay them, is hard for the owner to return your phone calls. Once you pay him he gets an ugly attitude he doesn't change all the pipes he's supposed to change. I'm in the process to take him to court and get some of my money back. He left a big hole on my wall and so far, 2 rat's has came inside my house. Left floors in the room, living room, back yard and front yard busted open.... please, don't give this man your hard working money. He's a thief.. I wi see him in court.....
