  We needed to move a gas line for a kitchen remodel. The service tech arrived in the window that he said he would and did the job quickly for a very reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again.

  PC Plumbing installed a hot water heater that was covered under warranty and originally installed by another plumber. They gave me a price range for an estimate since they would not be able to know for sure until they saw the job. The plumbers were very nice and very professional, they were on time, finished the job in a timely, professional manner and did not leave any mess behind. The final price after all the work was completed ended up being on the low end of the estimate, which shows they are an honest company to work with, they could have charged me the higher price and I would have been fine with that. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

  Kevin from PC Plumbing came over to our house to fix a basement toilet that wouldn't flush. Paul (the owner) and I had spoken over the phone and diagnosed what we thought the problem might be, but they wouldn't know for sure until they could come check it out. When Kevin and his assistant came they were quick to check different plumbing lines and test the water flow. After running the snake through the main line we uncovered more than what was initially thought, and had to run the line a few more times. Due to the nature of the issue, we also had to unseat and clean the line connected to the toilet. Kevin let me know ahead of time that this would come at an additional charge and gave me the option of having the toilet unseated or not. They were very transparent, professional, and nice. The end bill was higher than what we had discussed over the phone, but also the situation was a bit different than what we thought it would be as well. So that is completely understandable. Reading through some previous reviews on here quickly, anyone who thinks that a skilled trade job (such as plumbing) can be 100% quoted over the phone and iron clad stuck to, does not know how this type of business works. A lot of the times they can give you an estimate, but when they get there and actually diagnose the issue for themselves, realize that more needs to be done. They should be compensated for this, since there's no way for them to actually know before they get there. Now, if they had started doing additional work once at my house without asking and then hit me with a higher bill, I may have been upset. However, they did not do this. They let me know what they were thinking and what was going on every step of the way. While I don't have a TON of experience with plumbers, I would definitely do business with PC Plumbing again.
