  Fair price for a furnace cleaning. Service tech was prompt, friendly and was able to get our heat working without any additional charges. I will use 911 again for my furnace cleanings and will also use them for my central air service in the spring.

  Ben came out an installed our new water heater in less than an hour. I asked if he could replace a leaking water valve for me above the water heater and at first he told me they normally don't do it, but when the job was finished i was pleasantly surprised to see he was able to add a new one. Ben provided a walkthrough on the new smart tank. Prices were reasonable and I'm very happy with my service.
