  I should have written a review in August, 2021 when they installed a completely new unit. I am under the Advantage Program and cannot be any happier. Josh S. was very instrumental in my joining the Advantage Program. Unit and program are beneficial. Today I received a scheduled maintenance check. They checked everything inside the house and the unit. Service was on time and very professional. Everything was explained as to what they were checking. Hats off to Shaun S. and Ken J. for a job well done. Thank you Pardee for providing great service with very knowledgeable people.

  The maintenance installers were very professional. Tony, Josh and Britain were very professional. They arrived in a timely manner. They informed us of everything that they were doing and also inspected all areas before leaving. These young men were very astute. We were very pleased with the service that they rendered.   Great experience. Thanks to Ken J. and Josh for being very thorough, efficient, and professional in conducting maintenance on my and my parents' HVAC systems. Great service, clear explanations of system status with no pressure to "sell" additional service. I recommend them.
