Skip and Holland arrived promptly at 8am and had us up and running in less than an hour. Both men were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  They were able to answer all of our questions and gave us some valuable advice on saving on our winter heating.  I would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC issues you may have.

Guys were knowledgeable, friendly, personable and professional. I felt like the charge to repair shorted wires that were easily accessible was a high. I was told the service call fee was waived. Very happy with them. Just wish it was less expensive.

Carolina Climate Control called me 1st thing in the morning after I requested service by text at midnight. They were here by 9am to repair my heating system. I'm very grateful as it was in the 30's and going to be an awful weekend for weather.

Had my home HVAC system completely replaced by Carolina Climate Control in July 2020.  Technicians were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Just had a different set of technicians come to address a small issue that was noticed when putting away Christmas decorations. Carolina Climate Control has saved me now not once but twice in the last two weeks (two unrelated August AC emergencies, unfortunately -- such luck!) Ryan and Skip to the rescue!  They were prompt (even on a Saturday morning!), knowledgable, gave me great advice and had me up and running in no time.  As a relatively new homeowner, I'm quickly learning AC repairs can be pricey, but I trust I am getting the best value and quality service with this company. I highly recommend the guys at Carolina Climate Control.

We very much enjoyed and felt very comfortable with Marshall during our consultation today, he was very patient with all our questions and explained things so that we could clearly comprehend all of our options; not pushy at all, which made us feel even more at ease. #1 on our short list at this time. Update: We decided to go with Carolina Climate Control because of Marshall, (The Owner). We got the feeling that he was honest, reliable and he would deliver the best value for our money; the other reps from 3 different highly rated HVAC companies did not instill us with this same confidence. So today we had the Trane XL 15c packaged unit installed by what are surely this company's two best installers. Mark, (Lead & Unmatched Technician) and Will, (Second-to-None Technician). These guys are great, and they let me observe them throughout the whole process, ( because I'm a nerd like that). Watching these guys work together you can tell that they love what they do, take the utmost pride in their attention to detail, and  truly enjoy working with each other. It was truly refreshing to see! So if you are in need of a new HVAC system you owe it to yourself to give these guys a spot on your call list. I believe you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Super happy with Carolina Climate Control! Our AC was not working and at first had a well known AC repair company come out. He told me that we needed to preform a very costly repair of $3500. We decided to get a second opinion since it was a major cost repair. I called Carolina Climate Control to see what they said and the tech took his time and let me know it was just a very clogged line. I appreciate a company that does not try and take advantage of their customers. I will definitely use them if need be in the future!
