  Spencer with Ostarly Plumbing came out today under our home warranty and he was great! Not only was he very timely and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and explained the problems to us in a way that was easily understandable! He does have to come back out to complete the job, but based on his professionalism on today, I have no doubt that he will complete it with ease and to our complete satisfaction!

  They are horrible! My home warranty sent them to my home. After 4 visits, the same problem still exists! I did things on their recommendation that cost me $450 out of pocket! VERY RUDE when called back to TRY and fix their mistakes!

  They were contracted through American Home Shield and were a complete disaster. They immediately asked for money on the side to fix the problem without checking with AHS first. When AHS was contacted, they ensured that this is NOT the normal process and this company would be investigated. This is not the first report of this plumbing company doing this to other customers. This is a shady business that employs shady people. DO NOT USE!!!
