  No show! Made an appointment, he confirmed my name and address, told me that he would be available the next day after lunch and would give me a call when he was on the way. I left work early to be at my shop. They never called and didn’t show up!

  I had excellent service through Hotard's. I had a valve issue in my bathroom, and he was able to fix the problem. He also installed a faucet and shower head for my bathroom.
