  I called at approximately 11:00 AM on a Friday and by 5:00 PM they were at my home. Chris, the technician, explained everything to me in detail, gave me a quote for the cost, and would have replaced it the same day but for the plumbing supply company had closed. He assured me he would pick up my water heater on Monday morning and would be here for 10:00 AM. He was prompt and called first before coming. He got here at approximately 10:20 AM and was done before noon. I would recommend them highly and I would definitely use them again

  I googled and this was the first company that popped up. Chris was at my house within an hour and a half. I was given a window of 11-1 and at 11:15 they arrived. Chris was knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure to review the issue. And after service, he made sure the issue didn’t persist before leaving. Was great experience and will definitely recommend them.

  It's not often you find quality workers in St. John Parish that takes pride in their work. I found one today with Rooter 9-1-1. Chris Cenac did an amazing job. I will be recommending this company to anyone with plumbing needs. Prices are reasonable and he did a good job explaining everything that he had to do to get the job done.
