  We hired Northstar to help us with our plumbing issues, and were very impressed with their level of professionalism and the customer centric approach to building a lasting relationship with us. They were proactive to look around the house for any other potential problems and actually discovered that we had a pretty bad leak in the backyard. They repaired it quickly and got us enrolled in their loyalty plan which comes with lots of perks including free regular AC maintenance checks.

  I've been using Northstar for 2 years now, previously for AC repair work and most recently for plumbing. They are professional to work with and with the most recent plumbing issues, were able to expedite and get me an earlier appointment. With all of their repairs they offer quotes depending on what type of work you like to get done (e.g. just minimum repair, or replace certain parts). Their work comes with warranty and they have been great at following up on services performed whenever issues arise. I trust their work and highly recommend their service.
