I had two leaks in my bathroom sink after I replaced the faucet. I called alpine plumbers and Shawn showed up to fix what I couldn’t. He was very friendly and respectful the whole 15 minutes he was here….. he’s was also nice enough to explain what he’s doing so I understood as well. He also saved me money by going with a free simple fix before going to the route that would cost me money. Overall an excellent experience and I would use them again for future plumbing needs.

We needed a new water heater installed and the sink in our garage removed. Tyler showed up and did such an amazing job. He arrived within an hour of our inquiry, answered all of our questions, and was able to complete the job same-day! We're super grateful and happy with the service!

I had an issue with my laundry standpipe where there seems to be a clog. I called Alpine and was able to get Tyler to come out to inspect the problem. First off, Tyler was very punctual and was very knowledgeable. He tried to unclog the drain with a drain snake but was unsuccessful due to the amount of corrosion within the piping. He also provided me with a few options on how we can address the issue. Since he was unsuccessful in fixing the problem, he didn't charge me for the services that he provided. Thank you Tyler and the team over at Alpine Plumbing & Rooter for being so responsive and helpful!

I heard dripping near the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom, and I was also having problems with two toilets. Alpine quickly sent out Elijah who diagnosed a stripped shower valve in the upstairs bathroom which was leaking in the wall. (Eeek!) He also recommended new fill valves for the toilets. Because of their age, I decided to replace the toilets. But I would like to emphasize that Elijah did not pressure me to do so. I also asked him to test the pressure regulator and replace it if necessary.

Elijah returned the next day with an assistant and completed all the work in a very reasonable amount of time. He was courteous and professional, and he answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the work, and I thought the price was very fair. I will call Alpine for future plumbing needs.

These are stand-up guys. I ran into them in the middle of the desert when my buddy dropped his trailer into a big hole and almost flipped it right near their camp. In the process he tore off the back of the plumbing/sewer system . I have seen many people in these situations sit back and shake their heads but Dom and Zack ran over to the scene and said they're plumbers and they'll fix it and before we could even discuss much further, they were on the phone with Vincent who was on his way to meet them. Vincent grabbed parts from their shop and even stopped off at a hardware store and got what they could to do the repair. Dominic, the first guy on the scene, was under the trailer getting it done and clearly knew what he was doing and and did an impressively quality repair considering the circumstances. It was the kind of acts of kindness that will restore your faith in humanity. They are good people that do good work. We of course wanted to settle up with them but they really wanted to just do a good deed for their short-term neighbors. I didn't really get to say bye and thank them one last time because they were away from camp when we pulled out. After it was all said and done, I thought what could I do so I at least thought I'd leave them a review and I am not surprised at all to see they are basically 5 stars on all review sites. We were just strangers but they went very much out of their way to use their professional skills to help us and I think this speaks very much to their character. They are good guys and will be successful for the right reasons. I recommend you trust them with your next plumbing project. I sure will and wish them well in general.  Thank you Alpine Plumbing for salvaging the plumbing system and really our trip in general!

The 5 star reviews for this company are fully valid. Matthew is a legend. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process including scheduling and performing the work. He worked with us to fix our issue quickly by coming by quickly, diagnosing the problem and proposing solutions as well as advising us on best approaches. He gave us an awesome price as well. Definitely highly recommend! Best in the business

We have used Alpine for our business in La Verne and were very pleased with the work, which included concrete cutting, sewer pipe repair and back fill.. .they were very clean and fast... I called them for another main sewer problem I had at our home.. the back flow flap for the sewer had broken off due to years and roots. They came out the same day to look and estimate.. the price was very reasonable, considering how deep they had to dig... the guys Ezekiel and Jacob were very professional and even though the rocks and roots made the dig out very hard, neither one complained, in fact, said it was hard, but not a problem.. great attitude and not afraid to work... very courteous and professional.. I'll call again when I need great plumbers we can trust...Roman

Tyler is a great guy! He got the job done quick and is very professional. This is the second time I used his service and I highly recommend him!

Called them to solve a plugged toilet.  They were able to schedule something for the same day, just hours later, without any emergency charge.  The guy handling the call was efficient and friendly.  I received a confirmation text a few minutes later, and the technician came early in the two-hour window.  He unclogged the drain in a few moments.  Everything was done courteously and professionally.  Their number goes in my contacts!

Great service. Easy to work with and the technician was very helpful. Called about clogged drain with the dishwasher and he was able to diagnose and fix it quickly.
