Our water heater made a loud frightening noise on a Friday night so we cut off the gas and called Good News Plumbing on a Saturday morning. To our surprise Alex arrived at 11 am as promised and informed us that the water heater was over ten years old , out of production and out of code. We agreed to replacing it at a reasonable cost. The service was outstanding! Alex left and returned with the water heater and spent the rest of the day bringing the space up to code and installing the new water heater. The price was good, there were on time, friendly, trustworthy and the service was the best. We recommend Good News Plumbing to everyone and will be using them again and again.

Alex is great! Our tankless water heater filter bursted at 5pm. I called a different company, but no one picked up. So I called Good News Plumbing. Alex picked up right away, and said that he'll be there first thing in the morning. He also reminded me to turn off the gas, not just the water. I would not have thought to turn off the gas too. He showed up bright and early the next day and was done within a few short hours. Thanks again Alex!

So impressed with Good News Plumbing. Alex and his partner were proficient and professional. They took time to explain issues and did an excellent job with repairs and drain cleaning in kitchen and bathroom sinks. I will definitely call on Alex for all future plumbing needs and maintenance service. My impression is that no job would be too small or too big for him to take care of.
