We’ve had the best experience you can have with a business with Northside Plumbing. They installed a water heater for us. All employees are courteous, easy to talk to when explaining the issue, very flexible with scheduling, always give a call on their way, always on time. They’ve come out to perform warranty work on parts that have gone bad and go out of their way to make it right. Chad, Farah, Tyler, and Joseph have all been a pleasure to work with. And the fact that it’s a Veteran Owned Business is an added bonus. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work done by Tyler from Northside Plumbing.  He installed a new sink which required some re-piping and removal of a disposal unit. Although the installation was a bit tricky, Tyler persevered and the result of his work was beautiful. Tyler explained everything that needed to be done prior to proceeding with his work.   Both Chad and Tyler are really stand up guys - extremely knowledgeable (you can tell they are experienced licensed plumbers and really "know their stuff") and are a sheer pleasure to work with.   I gladly recommend Northside Plumbing to anyone seeking reliability and honest, high caliber of work. I have - after much searching - found my lifetime plumbers!

I had a drip coming out of a light fixture in a soffit in my bathroom ceiling. Northside (technician: Tyler) showed up super fast and fixed it quickly, and explained thoroughly what was going on with the pipe inside the soffit. Second time they’ve done work for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!
