  Towne Plumber is awesome! Great communication, and the technician was right on time, was very knowledgeable and solved the issue! I did not need a new hot water heater, and he was honest to tell me that. This is my second experience with them, and I recommend them. 5 Stars!

  Installed a RHEEM water heater last year, 2021, in January. Yesterday, January 2022, the water heater stopped heating. Of course, this was the same day my out of town company arrives for a week long stay. I contacted Terry in the office at 3:30 and by 4:00 Darryl , from Towne Plumber was at my door. At 4:15 the problem was resolved and hot water was on the way. I owned my owned painting company for 31 years. My companies success was based on my good service.This was GREAT service. I can't shout loud enough my praises for Towne Plumbers and their handling of my situation. A job well done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of the services they provide.   We were having problems with a clogged toilet/drain and are very pleased with the service from Towne Plumber. Shane’s wife, Carrie, responded within one hour to our service request and Shane and Darryl were out the next day to fix the problem. Within minutes they located the area of our clog, gave us a fair estimate of the cost, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will definitely consider them for any future work we may need.
