  When you build a new house, you should not have to plunge toilets 2 and 3 times a week. Naber response: to flush twice in for the waste the second flush for the toilet paper. Recommended a $288 toilet but also said that is not the fix either just a recommendation. Camerad our line without emptying the line (I had a clogged toilet when they got here, a clogged toilet when they left. And the next day had a second clogged toilet). I questioned that courtesy flushes should not be required on a brandnew house and he chuckled and said they are in my house. Not sure if he thinks it's funny but it is not funny to constantly have 2 out of 3 toilets inoperable. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. If Naber wants to fix the issue I will gladly remove my review.

  I had Donavan out on Friday to install a new hot water heater and today he was here promptly at 7:30, the scheduled time and installed a deep sink in my garage, and some other minor things I wanted done. He was outstanding, friendly, professional and worked extremely hard. This is an employee that if I owned a company I would be thankful to have on my staff. If you need something repaired ask for Donavan.
