  I called H&H Plumbing and was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised to get quality, fairly-priced, same day service! I called in the morning, they gave me a price over the phone (which was in the ballpark of what I was expecting + included a discount from their site), and they came out that afternoon, at the exact timeframe they gave me in the morning, to take away our old water heater and put in the new water heater. We even upped it from 40 gal to 50 gal because there was only a $15 price difference. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service- within less than 24 hours. Nancy in the office was nice, professional, and made the process super easy! Frank & Marcus, who came out for the install, were fantastic- professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Highly recommend!

  Would give zero stars if I could. I recommend you run far and find a quality plumbing company. This company installed a broken faucet, left it for me to fix and broke my floor in the process. On top of that they charged me for the service!! I've tried to contact the owner but they are non responsive! Don't waste your money!!

  Thanks for the review! So if you bought an off brand broken faucet that's our fault? And the tub filler you bought needs to be piped from below, yes there is a floor there that needs to be broken up to access the pipe and mount for the faucet. Now let's tell the rest of the story. The tub you bought was broken, so we pointed that out to you. The replacement you bought was too big, didn't fit. The faucet needs to be in the proper place so until you get the correct tub it can't be finished/placed properly. You posted a pic of an unfinished job. I mean that has to make you mad but that also doesn't mean it's our fault. Sheesh. It also doesn't help your cause to have your husband come down here cursing everyone out in a loud voice.   Jamey and Marcus were sent to repair my water leak. They were on-time, and very professional. They explained to me what needed to be done and went right to work. They didn't stand around and waste time. When I asked about installing a faucet they didn't make a big deal about me adding something else to the original repair. I feel the price I paid was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and they were very easy to work with. I will call H& H again for any plumbing issues I have and I will request they send Jamey and Marcus because they did an excellent job.
