  I thought I was going to be the good guy with the 5 star rating but everyone else felt the same as I did. I drove from Merritt Island because it was basically the only plumbing supply store open on Saturday. I needed a water heater and wanted to see what I could get at a place other than the big box stores. The service here was absolutely impeccable. I sat down on the barstool and we proceeded to discuss water heaters at length. We discussed the heaters themselves, the connections, the sizes, the whole shebang. I felt like i had known these guys for years. Never felt like I was in the way or I needed to make a decision quickly. I purchased a water heater, the thermal expansion tank, the connections, a pan, I had everything I needed except the wire. They helped me load it in my vehicle and I headed home. You'll never get service like this at Home Depot or Lowes. Ever. Unquestionably worth the drive, their prices are in line with the chains, not that it really mattered. Melbourne residents have it made. If you're shopping for stuff at Home Depot or Lowe's you can get at Termine's you're making huge mistake.

  Pretty good store they have a lot of stuff I believe it's still family on which is important to me but I wish the employees would take a little more time and interest in the customers. Besides my little hang up with the employees not being quite as helpful and family-oriented as I think they should be the place is awesome
