We were thrilled with our experience with Mr. Rooter. Both Daniel and Jose went above and beyond to make sure we had our new water heater installed on a Friday afternoon going into the weekend, and were helpful and cheerful. Jose installed the heater by himself and never complained about the awful layout of our basement or the lack of external entrance. We would recommend this company and it’s awesome employees to anyone.

I had a great experience with Daniel and Francisco. They replaced my water heater within 24 hours. The work was on schedule and on point. I especially appreciate that Francisco takes the time to answer any questions and takes tremendous pride in his work. Mr. Rooter Woodbridge exceeded my expectations.

I called my Home Warranty company because the previous issue of a leaky tub was occurring.  I asked that the prior company not be sent to do the repair.  Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Woodbridge was assigned to my service request.  When Cesar and Jose of Mr. Rooter arrived they immediately knew that the previous company used the incorrect compound to adhere my tub drain. In addition, the previous company told me that in order for the drip in my tub to be fixed the wall above the tub fixtures had to be ripped out. Cesar and Jose looked at the leaky fixture, unscrewed it and replaced the washer. This replacement stopped the leak.  Cesar and Jose are knowledgeable and professional.

A technician came out on last week for what I thought was an issue with my pilot light on the water heater. It turns out my whole water heater needs to be replaced and bought up to code. He arrived much later then we anticipated which was ok because we are self-employed and we are in and out all day. So this brings me to today, we had a scheduled appointment for 8AM - 12PM so I called the company the first time at 8:30AM because I was told by the Tech he would be here at 8:00AM. They informed me about the 8AM - 12PM window ok fine. I asked if he was going to still come and was told that they needed to check with dispatch and call me back. Side note I do dispatching for my own business from my tablet or smart phone so that doesn’t take hours to get that information. No one called so I called again at 11:55 AM, I was told again that they would have to call dispatch and call me back. It is now 4:30PM and no one has bothered to call me still. However, I placed a call to my warranty company and they called the company about 20 minutes ago and they were told they don’t know what happened. They will have to call tomorrow to get a status. I’ve been without hot water for about a week and a half now. We didn’t take any extra appointments today so that my husband or myself could be home. So not only do we not have hot water but we aren’t making money because we turned down trips for our business. No one even had the common courtesy to call and tell us what’s going on and as a small business owner this is not how I conduct my business.

Mario came to my place on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. He gave me two potential solutions. One to use the snake and the other to remove the toilet to fix the clogging. Luckily the first scenario worked for me. Very grateful! I totally recommend him. If I need a plumber… I know who to call. I called and relayed my ceiling was sagging and dripping. They had Mario come over within 4 hrs. He found and fixed the pinhole leaks. He was informative and professional, my plumber of choice from now on.

I called on 10/6 for an appointment to get a part of my gas fireplace fixed. When I scheduled the appointment for 10/7, I was told that they would do the work the same day. The technician showed up four and a half hours late, with no explanation. I had called the main office number and asked for an update and no one ever returned my call. While the technician was here, he constantly brought up a different business I told me I should call this other business to fix my fireplace. The technician told me the only thing I needed replaced was my Dante valve but gave me an estimate detailing $1,800 worth of repairs that he told me I did not need. He also refused to repair the Dante valve that day, as had been promised, and told me he wouldn't do any repairs until I had my chimney rebuilt. I called and spoke with the manager on 10/8 about my experiences. He assured me but this was improper and that he would make it right and have someone out to my house to fix the Dante valve either that day or the next day. No one has ever shown up. I called to follow up with the company on 10/13 and 10/16 in an attempt to get them to do the work they promised to by 10/9 but it is currently 10/20 and I have not heard a word from Mr. Rooter in 12 days. They charged me $49 to do the estimate and I will now dispute that charge with my bank as I have never received service and they are refusing to return my phone call or do any work.

We only do gas jobs that are safe and code compliance . We do not do gas jobs without county permits and inspections . We have been in business for over 8 years and we look after our reputation . If there’s a job we can’t do we will always be honest and pass that information to the customers

The service man came out  quickly and at the time we had been given.  He (Mario) was professional and thorough - not only did he unclog our house main drain (the issue we had called for), he also fixed the toilet that had been loose.
