  100% transparent with their services. We had two separate issues with a leak. Our technician explained what the issue was and helped save us money by completing some of the work on our own. Other plumbers would have taken advantage and not told us how to fix an issue on our own. By doing this, DB’s has earned our trust and will be our first call for all our plumbing needs. Made a customer for life. Our technician, Trevor, was excellent and extremely professional. We recommend this company 1,000%.

  From the call to the actual service, everything was nice and easy. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the nice woman that I first had contact with but she was easy to talk to and understood vaguely of the situation that I needed. Setting a time for the plumber to come was quick and easy. We was fortunate to have Duncan to come over, he was very nice and professional and really knowledgeable. We told him of our past experience with the issue and with his recommendation we was able to fix our main sewage pipe. He was fast and even give a military discount when he noticed the gear we had in the basement. I don’t normally leave reviews but this service had me to make sure to let everyone know they are my go to plumbing company to service my home. Definitely worth a call. Thank you again Duncan.

  I called DB's Plumbing after I suddenly heard the sound of "mighty" rushing waters coming from somewhere downstairs. They said one of their technicians would contact me shortly. I received a text from George with his photo notifying me that he was on his way. George was just great. He was very courteous and professional. His installation of our new water heater was truly a work of art. Very neat job. I am now a permanent customer for all of my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend DB's Plumbing and Drain.
