I had a very positive experience with Metzger's Heating and Cooling. We had our 20 year-old furnace and AC replaced. The price was very reasonable. Great installers, sales and customer service. I highly recommend Metzger's.

This was a great service ! Their technician Aaron impressed me so much with his knowledge and skills . I am Physics teacher and he answered all my questions for each part of work on my furnace . It is so wonderful that  we have so valuable workers in Kalamazoo area .Thank you Metzger's !!!

Just purchased a house and contacted Metzger’s to check out our furnace before winter… I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Our tech John was on time, offered good advice, and patiently answered numerous questions. He went above & beyond!!

Ray has been my service tech since we bought our house; excellent guy with lots of knowledge. We replaced the old thin fin boiler last fall with a new U.S. Boiler cast iron unit and three zones. Ryan did the install and we could not be happier; he also has a lot of experience and knowledge. Only issue has been a leaking valve but Ray had the part on the truck and it fixed it first time.

Can't say enough good things about the folks at Metzger's.   My AC went out in the midst of our recent heat wave, and they were able to work me in  for the repair later that same day!   Ray is an outstanding technician and Teresa was very friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment.
