  First time using Marc Francis so didn't know what to expect but was very pleased with their services. Lawrence R came early and was very professional the whole time. It was a very efficient and easy process and I'm happy with the results. Would definitely use Marc Francis again if needed and I would recommend to others.

  I first called the city water company about low water pressure. After verifying that the pressure was okay from the street and they thought it was the pressure relief valve in the house. I then called Marc Francis Plumbing to schedule a checkup on the problem along with some drainage problems. When I turned on a spigot, I discovered that I had no water or very tiny flow. I called Marc Francis again and they said they would try to get someone out in a few hours instead of a week later as originally scheduled. Anthony arrived a few hours later, indicated what he thought the problems might be, explained what needed to be done along with the possible costs involved. A few hours later, he had repaired the water pressure and proceeded to get the necessary equipment to try to repair the drain which turned out to be a clog in the main line to the house. The water pressure and drain are functioning as they should and it was suggested that I have a video inspection of the drain line which I felt was also necessary. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
