I was running around town, went to 2 different stores, when I was finally directed to M&M. Although it was closed, a young man was driving out. He actually stopped and helped with what I needed.   Best kid I ever met. Thanks Tim!!!🥰

Came out the same day and fixed my heater.  Fast, friendly, very reasonable.  I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing.  They are responsive, reasonably priced, on time , and they know what they are doing.  They can handle a variety of plumbing, HVAC, issues. Do not hesitate to reach out to these folks if you have a need , you won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service and very honest. I highly recommend these guys. Initially I called another big company in Big Bear and they said  the cost to repair  my heater would be  $2200 or the cost of heater replacement would be $3,600.  M & M fixed the problem for under $300.   These  guys are honest businessmen. Much thanks!

This shop was amazing. They came out to look at our furnace which was making weird noises. Parts were ordered for repair and it was working the next day!

The BEST! After a night without heat in 14 degree weather and being told by another service it would take a week to get the part and cost $1,000 to fix the furnace, we called Mike at M&M. He was here in less than an hour, the furnace was fixed in an hour for $405! Thank you Mike! We are clients for life!!
