I’m not usually a review guy. But from the first call when our water heater failed, this company was to my house in 40 min. Have a very detailed and clear diagnosis. Then had a new unit installed a week later. On time. Courteous. And really went above and beyond! From the customer service person (Rebecca) to the three gentlemen who were at the house of both days. Thank you!!!! You are my company of choice now.

We were very impressed by Brian Sanden, our technician. He was very respectful, professional and friendly. He spoke in layman's terms so we could understand the situation. He did not attempt to up sell or use scare tactics to influence us to purchase a new heater. He just gave us the facts, what he could offer and there was no pressure. Would highly recommend Bear Valley Heating and Plumbing to anyone who needs this type of service

Our obsolete Williams forced air wall furnace had a broken fan. I called Bear valley and they sent their technician Westley over. He arrived on time and made the repair. He was very professional with his work and spent extra effort to ensure that everything was in working order and that the area was clean when he finished. Will call them again for my annual service.
