  We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service we received from Long Refrigeration. Jesse, the technician, arrived 20 minutes prior to their three hour window, and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. After resolving the issue, he thoroughly inspected both of our AC units to ensure we wouldn't have any future problems. Our experience was a breeze, and very reasonably priced. We won't call anyone else for future issues.

  Very pleased with the service. I had regular maintenance scheduled and they came and took care of me. When I had a problem a week later they took care of it quickly. I was impressed with both employees that came to our office. The office is also very friendly and eager to help. Great company!

  Great service, technician was honest and thorough. Price was very reasonable and communication was excellent. I also signed up for a yearly special they have. I recommend them highly.
