  Scottie and Jason showed incredible work ethic. Scottie came to resolve our plumbing issue same day we called and stayed until close to dark for two days. He came Friday afternoon and left around 7. He came back Saturday morning at 9, left to complete another job, then came back and stayed until 8:30 pm. Scottie and Jason worked until they found and fixed the problem. Not once did they complain but always had a smile on their face. They constantly communicated their process to us and worked incredibly hard to only work on what they knew was necessary to be completed. Most plumbing companys take advantage but not this company. We are so grateful to have our problem fixed and to have such incredible customer service. We are never going to waste our time going with anyone else. We are so grateful! THANK YOU SCOTTIE AND JASON!!!!

  RR replaced our sewer line from house to city connection. Blake came out first and diagnosed the problem with camera - tree roots! He provided solutions, I chose to replace the line. They scheduled the work ASAP. Gavin performed the job. He removed the old line and put in new pipe. Gavin went about his job in a professional manner - very efficient. He operated the backhoe with skill. I am thankful he was able to complete the job in one day. I was very pleased with the job done! I recommend Roto-rooter!

  Collin came to my rental home in Nixa. He was timely, professional, and personable. One of the tub drains was clogged with hair. He immediately determined the problem and quickly fixed the problem. I will definitely use this business in the future and highly recommend this specific Roto-Rooter business. Collin was in some of the commercials, these guys are great. Definitely a five-star business!
