  We have used Active Septic for many years and they are great people! Rick squeezed us in recently and really took good care of us. I highly recommend them for your septic needs!!

  I have used this service three times. To pump out my septic system tanks. It seems when ever there is a septic issue it becomes an emergency. Active Septic is my go to when I need my system pumped. I have two tanks (septic and a pump/lift). Rick doesn’t bs around. He gets in and out for a reasonable price.

  Called to have tank pumped out & lady that answered did everything possible to NOT HELP. I'm not a plumber or a septic tank specialist this is why I call looking for help. She said they are not able to locate the tank, do not provide any digging to the tank & would not pump if not within 8 feet of a driveway. Maybe some tanks are completely exposed in a driveway very easy to access & for those situations this place may be great. However if you actually need any kind of help the lady I spoke with, had no help to offer & did not even seem as if they wanted the business or to help out in any way.
