  It is very rare to find a store these days that follows through on "customer service"! Every employee we have come across in this store has gone above and beyond to get us what we needed, to the extent of calling other places to find something when they didn't have it! Welcoming and friendly, ready to genuinely help! I am now a life long customer! As I told one employee.... "Screw Lowe's, I'm coming here!"

  Very helpful and friendly staff. I had an issue trying to hook up a cast iron tub and had been to all the Box stores without any luck just a few minutes here and I was able to get the help I needed.
